Here are a few of my favorite recipe links. Each recipe can be modified based on individual preferences such as eliminating animal products and/or reducing the amount of oil. For example, if a recipe calls for 4 tablespoons of olive oil, I will decrease it to 1 tablespoon of oil and add water or vegetable stock as needed. Instead of using eggs, I substitute 1 tablespoon of flaxseed meal mixed with 3 tablespoons of water for each egg.
